While looking for a cheap EPROM programmer I found this HK gadget dealer: http://www.kitsparts.com. Lots of interesting stuff here. Shipping is included in the prices though if you hit their ebay store you can see the pricing broken down: for example, $50 for a gadget and $25 for shipping. Highlights:

Fun stuff but the shipping is a little scary.

Update: NewEgg has Trendnet camera servers for as little as $78. Search for TV-IP100. Note that you can use a $35 power over ethernet adapter with the wired version of the TV-IP100.

Here is a link that I found on Engadget that shows a ones of these kits in action. It includes build your own instructions while also selling completed kits.
