This web site provides free unlock codes for Nokia cell phones. Enter your IMEI number and your carrier and it will calculate the DCT3/DCT4 code. The last couple of times I did this, I paid some eBay dude $3 for the calculations because that was the cheapest option I could find. Free is better though! It looks like there is a Windows downloadable version too.
